Religion classes are taught at every grade level. The younger classes begin discovering the concept of God, and learn to pray. They learn the expected behavior during Mass and to treat the time with respect. In second grade, the students prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Communion. In fourth grade, the students study the Beatitudes. Gospel stories are told and discussed throughout the grades. The New Testament is the focus of grades 2-5, and in grades 6-8, the students study the Old Testament.
