All students who would like to participate in the St. Patrick School sports program must bring the following to the office before the start of the season:
- Athletic Permission Form (completed and signed)
- Medical Release Form (completed and signed)
- $30 Athletic Fee
- Current sports physical (grades 6-8 only) *Physicals are valid for 2 years.
Before signing up for any sport or activity, consider what will your commitment level is and whether or not you will be able to fully participate in the activity. Plan for at least 2 practices and 1-2 games per week. Consider if your new sport or activity will interfere with any other of your activities. Most importantly, consider if you will be able to keep up with your homework and other school work.
We encourage parents to contact the office if they are interested in serving as a volunteer coach.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Mosley
Athletic Director
