Student Organizations - Students have multiple opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities at St. Pat's. Below are some of what we have to offer.
Chess Club
Students in grades 4-8 can join chess club. Learn the game and compete against other students, here and at other schools. All levels, beginners to masters, are welcome. Meetings will consist of instruction from basic moves to strategies along with matched games, activities, and fun!
Builders Club
Builders Club is the largest service organization for middle school students (Grade 5-8) with more than 40,000 members worldwide.
Builders Club is a "student-led" community service organization, which operates under school regulations and draws its members from the student body. Builders Club is unique because a Kiwanis club, composed of leading business and professional people of the community, serves as the club's sponser.
Builders Club is structured only on the local club level but is supported by the Kiwanis International Office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The St. Pat's club meets approximately every other Thursday throughout the year. Students are elected as officers and facilitate meetings and events.
Cantor Group
The Cantor Group is a group of student musicians directed by faculty and adult volunteers who provide liturgical music for school masses. The group meets 2 weeks prior to a scheduled mass and each member must attend the practices in order to be eligible to sing at that month's mass. Students may participate in this group with the approval of the director.
